My Values at the Heart of My Practice

When I created Vanessa Tomic Massage, I wanted to bring to life a space dedicated to women's well-being, offering massages performed with organic, natural and ethically sourced products.

Each session is a moment just for you, an opportunity to take care of yourself in a private and welcoming setting, where you can, at your own pace, release tension and rediscover a sense of calm and lightness.

My approach is above all intuitive and personalised. I see massage as an encounter, a silent dialogue between the hands and the body. I allow myself to be guided by what I feel, drawing on a range of techniques to create a completely bespoke massage, tailored as closely as possible to your individual needs.

As the treatment unfolds, tension begins to ease, breathing becomes deeper and the body gradually finds its own space again. I cherish those moments when facial features soften, the mind becomes calm, emotions are released and a smile sometimes appears at the end of a session.

Why Have a Massage ?

Between busy schedules and the constant demands of everyday life, we rarely take the time to pause. Gradually, fatigue sets in, tension builds up and it can sometimes become difficult to reach a true state of relaxation.

Massage is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with your body and its sensations. Through touch, it offers the body a moment of rest, encouraging relaxation and well-being. It can help calm the nervous system and release certain physical and emotional tensions.

The aim is not to force yourself to let go. On the contrary, I invite you to welcome whatever you are feeling, at your own pace and without any particular expectations. There is nothing you need to achieve: simply allow yourself to be guided.

Beyond relaxation, each massage addresses specific needs, whether it is caring for the skin, working on the tissues, stimulating circulation or restoring a feeling of lightness.

Kindness above all...

When you book your massage, feel free to come exactly as you are, with whatever emotions, energy and body you have that day. What matters is that you can fully enjoy this moment, without any pressure or expectations. There is nothing you need to prepare, nothing to change and nothing to justify. For example, hair removal is absolutely not a requirement for receiving a massage.

My role is to welcome you with care and respect, taking into account your needs, boundaries and feelings. I strive to create a reassuring, judgement-free environment in which you can feel completely at ease. Your comfort is always at the heart of my attention.

My Training and Qualifications

My relationship with massage began with the discovery of Skintao, a facial massage technique developed by Alain Barrouillet. I was immediately fascinated by the precision of the movements, the subtlety of the touch and the profound relaxation this technique invites you to experience. This first experience inspired me to deepen my understanding of the body and the different ways it can be supported through massage.

I subsequently trained in several techniques, including lymphatic drainage inspired by the Vodder method, sculpting massage, relaxation techniques for the head, neck and shoulders, Californian massage, Brazilian lymphatic drainage and Chi Nei Tsang.

These different training experiences have enriched my practice and allow me to adapt my approach to your individual needs. Each technique has its own particularities, but they all share the same intention: to offer you a bespoke massage, always respecting your body.

Passionate about my work, I continue to undertake further training regularly, allowing my practice to evolve so that I can support you with ever greater understanding, sensitivity and care.

The quality, ethics and ecological impact of the raw materials used in the studio are fundamental criteria
Huile végétale biologique massage
  • The vegetable oils are certified 100% natural, first cold pressed*, virgin**, without any chemical treatment, not tested on animals, from organic farming and fair trade.

  • The hydrosols used are certified 100% pure and natural, distilled by steam distillation, without preservatives, not tested on animals, from organic farming and fair trade.

  • In order to reduce my ecological impact, I chose to use reusable supplies. Mostly in organic cotton, they are washed with eco-responsible household products, not tested on animals, manufactured and assembled in Paris to promote the short circuit.

  • The herbal teas and detox water offered to you before and after your massage are always composed of plants and/or fruits from organic farming and seasonal when fresh.

*First cold pressing is a simple extraction method where oilseed fruits and seeds are pressed to directly extract the oil. It is possible to make presses by heating the raw material and pressing it several times to obtain more oil, but the quality is lower.

**Virgin means that the oil has not undergone any treatment before or after pressing, it is a pure oil that has simply been filtered to remove any organic waste.
